Printing at Lane Community College

TitanPrint is a printing service available to all currently enrolled students at Lane Community College. TitanPrint provides students the use of several printers and high-speed copiers both color and black and white in the LCC computer labs, the LCC Library, and a number of the departmental computer labs.

As part of the Student Technology Fees, every student who has been assessed the fees are provided with $10 print credits (about 140 black and white single sided pages) each quarter. Print jobs are sent from workstations in these labs or your computer to a print release station, a print cloud, or directly to a machine, where jobs are released and paid for using your TitanPrint credits. Additional print credits can be purchased online through your account portal or by way of a print card purchased at the Titan Store located on the first floor of the Center building or at its location in the downtown Campus.
How does TitanPrint work?

When you print a document from your lab computer, or laptop that is on the campus network, your print will automatically be routed to the nearest available printer. If you are in a heavy traffic location you will then need to release your job by logging into your TitanPrint account. In most labs other than the library your computer's print driver is directly connected to the lab's printer. Alternatively, if you are on campus you can upload your document to your TitanPrint account and release the print job (document) up to 4 hours later. You will be charged $.07 (seven cents) per side of paper with a $.005 discount for duplex printing. Color printing costs $.25 (twenty-five cents) per side of paper (resulting in $.495 per page if duplex / double sided).

Registered students receive $10 per quarter for printing. Once the print allocation is used, students must add funds to continue printing through the TitanPrint account by using a credit card or a print card purchased from the Titan Store.

Students can use their print allocation at print locations around campus.
